Why was this video series created?

Having consulted with organizations of all shapes and sizes, I have learned what works and what does not.  They want to increase employee engagement but their work and organizational habits make it difficult.  And it isn’t just one thing or a few – it is many.

Rather than try to point them all out, it is best if a team discovers better ways of working together.  I have found that targeted, open, honest team discussions more effectively help create an environment of employee engagement than any other method.
